The structure and working of the site is really good. The only problem was that the freelancers are charged for accepting the projects and the employers can easily scam people by taking advantage of the loopholes. An employer deleted the project after I completed the work. I was left with negative balance in my account and wasn't paid. The customer service is really helpful and reversed the negative balance. They've solved the issue in an instant. Glad they could help me. However, I feel the need to have a scam-proof website where they also charge employers so they can't get away stealing someone else's work. Overall, it's a good user experience and will help me while dealing with future employers.
